The "Asatsuyu", described as natural Gyokuro, is produced into Tamaryokucha, one of steamed tea with curly shape. This tea is rich in flavor and aromatics, and offers a thick, soup-like taste when brewed at a low temperature. The Hojicha is made by roasting the “Gokou” stems, which are produced from the sifting process of good quality teas like Gyokuro.
