How much is the shipping and how long does it take?

All international deliveries are shipped by Express Mail Service (EMS). Asia ¥1,400~ (3-10 days) North America & Oceania ¥2,000~ (2 weeks) Europe & Russia ¥2,200~ (2 weeks) South America & Africa ¥2,400~ (2 weeks) An order may be subject to item removal or additional custom charges in certain countries. Please be aware that Sakurai Japanese Tea Experience is not liable for these charges or missing item. All delivery dates are estimates and we can not guarantee delivery by a certain date.

How does the pandemic affect the shipping?

Because of the pandemic, we are seeing shipping delays and raised shipping rates. Some countries do not accept new package shipping request. The availability status is updated everyday that your order might be canceled and refunded after the payment.
